pizza with our house-made spicy tomato and basil pesto sauce, fresh-roasted
chicken, sautéed sweet bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, Mozzarella and
Parmesan cheese. 12.99 Bishop’s Summer Curry Fresh chicken breast simmered
with sweet bell peppers and mushrooms in a delicately spiced orange, apple
and organic tomato coconut milk curry sauce over Jasmine rice. Served with
naan bread, mango chutney & cilantro. 12.99 Shrimp Dijon Salad Tender ice shrimp gently tossed
with red bell peppers in a refreshing Dijon yogurt dressing with chopped
farm fresh egg over a bed of butter lettuce. 10.99 Scallop Farfalle Scallops sautéed with sweet
yellow peppers, sugar snap peas and Amorosa tomatoes in a fresh rosemary
