The Information Technology department is constantly researching and developing

The White Spot Online Portal is a powerful tool to assist franchisees. Through
it they have access to online manuals, local store marketing tools, promotional
information to name a few. Each franchised location is also provided a
communication link through the Portal to keep up on news and events that impact
their location.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Providing design and construction support for new construction or renovation
projects to our Franchisees is a commitment we make to assure the successful
outcome of their projects. White Spot Limited has developed a proven project management program
whose methodologies are applied to oversee the development process of our
Franchisees restaurants.
At the inception of a new project we assign one of our senior design/ management
staff who will sit down with the Franchisee to review program requirements and
guide them through the necessary steps, from project conception to completion to
achieve a successful project in the shorted amount of time possible and within
the budget parameters previously established. At the option of the Franchisee,
White Spot Limited can be retained to provide comprehensive design services,
which includes space planning, design, specifications and preparation of
complete permit, tender and construction documentation at competitive fee.
As part of Franchise package Design and construction will assist with budget
development, supply and equipment procurement support, design and construction
services support, art selection/ installation and project closeout support.
