Triple O’s offers a selection of burgers, fries and shakes using only the highest quality ingredients. Our menu development team continues to build on this brand feature by constantly looking at ways to improve the quality of our ingredients. They also develop new menu items to support Triple O’s annual marketing and promotional initiatives.


SUPPLY MANAGEMENT By leveraging our buying power, our purchasing department is able to go to market and contract the highest quality products at the most competitive prices. Quality is always a prime consideration when making our purchasing decisions. Purchasing is also responsible for ensuring that there is a seamless distribution system in place that ensures that product will arrive at our restaurants in optimum condition. Our contracting and distribution capabilities have resulted in major cost savings that have been passed on to our franchisees.


NATIONAL & LOCAL STORE MARKETING
At Triple O’s, we’re proud of our award-winning burgers, fresh-cut fries and classic shakes. This pride is demonstrated through our advertising and promotional efforts. These promotions focus on new menu items or value priced package deals that use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. They are designed to create excitement and menu variety, which provides another reason to visit Triple O’s.

Our local store marketing program is supported with off-the-shelf programs to address specific market opportunities. In addition, we educate, coach and support potential franchisees in meeting their individual business objectives.


TRAINING AND SUPPORT
Triple O's distinctive edge is great people committed and trained to provide the highest quality food and a premier quick service guest experience.

Our training department has received international recognition and our training combines technical and conceptual knowledge, equipping our franchisees to both manage and grow their businesses. Managers undergo an intensive hands-on training program and through our Business Consultants and ongoing regional meetings we promote continuous learning.

Opening teams provide intensive new store opening support. Comprehensive staff training materials and job aids provide our franchisees with the tools they need to develop their teams, build sales, control costs and maintain high standards.


REAL ESTATE
White Spot Limited works with a number of real estate brokers in major markets to source available real estate for new restaurant development. If a prospective franchisee wants to submit a potential site for review, the real estate department will assess the site's suitability based on the same criteria that it uses to review all other potential sites.

Triple O’s real estate department is available to assist in lease negotiation and review if requested.


INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The Information Technology department is constantly researching and developing new systems to enhance our business processes.

The White Spot Online Portal is a powerful tool to assist franchisees. Through it they have access to online manuals, local store marketing tools, promotional information to name a few. Each franchised location is also provided a communication link through the Portal to keep up on news and events that impact their location.


DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Providing design and construction support for new construction or renovation projects to our Franchisees is a commitment we make to assure the successful outcome of their projects. White Spot Limited has developed a proven project management program whose methodologies are applied to oversee the development process of our Franchisees restaurants.

At the inception of a new project we assign one of our senior design/ management staff who will sit down with the Franchisee to review program requirements and guide them through the necessary steps, from project conception to completion to achieve a successful project in the shorted amount of time possible and within the budget parameters previously established. At the option of the Franchisee, White Spot Limited can be retained to provide comprehensive design services, which includes space planning, design, specifications and preparation of complete permit, tender and construction documentation at competitive fee.

As part of Franchise package Design and construction will assist with budget development, supply and equipment procurement support, design and construction services support, art selection/ installation and project closeout support.
