Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing and portioning product for final assembly on the line, following precise specifications and recipe and food safety standards, monitoring quality, par levels and rotation, and assisting co-workers on line as needed.

Are able to read recipes accurately, manage par levels, can juggle multiple tasks at once, have a sense of urgency and are attentive to detail
About the Position:
Ensure house-made sauces, dressings, and other recipes and ingredients are prepared to White Spot’s strict standards, monitor rotation and dating of ingredients, maintain focus on organization, food safety, quality of ingredients and appetizing presentation
Required skills and experience:
Food Safe level 1 accreditation preferred
